Land Rover Discovery, serviced and ready for the run to Kharkiv.

This Land Rover Discovery has been checked over by the mechanics at Bas4Cars and we are taking it to Kharkiv loaded with supplies. Alongside the vehicle we are bringing a fresh stock of trauma supplies and practical items such as generators and IT equipment.

In our favourite coffee place in Kharkiv there is a bag of tourniquets and pressure bandages on the wall, in the spot where we would hang a defibrillator. That is how our aid works too: practical, and exactly what is needed at that moment. With a great deal of help from donors in the IT sector, ambulance services and the motor industry, among others. And thanks to dozens of people who lend us a hand.

Aid to Ukraine is a network of experts in vehicles, healthcare and IT who help with what they know. We have already delivered more than 250 cars, we arrange trauma supplies, and we give discarded office equipment a second life at Ukrainian aid organisations.

We ask what is needed, bring it over ourselves and hand it to the people who use it. When it does not fit in a car we send it by truck, which fortunately happens regularly. Get in touch if we can drive over to you as well!
