This site uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no files from third parties: all images, styling and text come from our own server. We do not track you and we do not need a cookie banner.

Our host records technical data in log files, including your IP address. These are used only to trace faults and abuse.

If you mail us

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for the contact and for our records.

If you donate

For a bank transfer we receive your name, IBAN and the amount. These are held in our financial records, which we are required by law to keep for seven years. They are not used for anything else and not shared with third parties, except with our accountant and where the law requires it. iDEAL payments are handled by our payment provider, which has its own privacy statement.

Photographs

This site shows photographs of our own activities and those of our partners. If you appear in one and want it removed, mail us and we will take it down.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Mail more@aidtoukraine.nl. If we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
